1. Scope of Service

1.1. The services provided under each package (Starter, Professional, Premium, Elite, and Elite Plus) will include only the items specified in each package. Any additional work requested outside the scope of the package will be subject to additional charges.

1.2. Deliverables for each package may include logo concepts, revisions, and other branding materials (business cards, letterheads, social media templates, etc.), as specified in the package description.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. A 50% advance payment is required before starting work on the project.

2.2. The remaining balance must be cleared upon completion and delivery of the project. No final files will be provided without full payment.

2.3. Payments can be made via bank transfer or any agreed-upon payment gateway.

2.4. All quoted prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Revisions and Approvals

3.1. Each package includes a specific number of revisions, as mentioned in the package details. Revisions must be requested within the specified delivery timeframe.

3.2. Additional revisions beyond the scope will incur extra charges.

3.3. Once a final design is approved by the client, any further modifications will be charged additionally.

4. Delivery

4.1. The estimated delivery time is mentioned for each package (3, 5, 7, 15, or 25 business days). This timeline begins once the initial design brief and advance payment are received.

4.2. Delays caused by the client (such as delayed feedback, slow communication, or incomplete design briefs) may result in extended delivery timelines.

4.3. The client will receive digital files in the formats mentioned in the package (PNG, JPEG, AI, etc.).

5. Ownership and Copyright

5.1. Once full payment is made, the client will own the rights to the final design.

5.2. The company reserves the right to use all designs for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless explicitly agreed otherwise by both parties in writing.

5.3. Raw design files (e.g., AI, PSD) will only be provided if included in the package or requested at an additional cost.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1. The client is responsible for providing accurate information and a clear design brief at the beginning of the project.

6.2. Feedback must be provided promptly to ensure timely delivery of services.

6.3. Any delays from the client’s side (in providing information, feedback, or approvals) may extend the delivery date.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

7.1. Advance payments are non-refundable once the design process begins.

7.2. If a project is canceled by the client before any work is started, a partial refund (minus administrative fees) may be issued.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. The company is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the final design.

8.2. The company’s liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services.

9. Confidentiality

9.1. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the project.

9.2. The company will not disclose or share any client-specific information without prior consent.

10. Acceptance of Terms

10.1. By making a payment for any of the packages offered by 499 Design, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
